• LOAD WIDTH
• LOAD HEIGHT
• Weight
• Equipment Type
• Pickup & Delivery Date and Time

Providing accurate shipment dimensions and scheduling information improves matching precision and operational efficiency.

3. Posting Equipment Capacity (Transportation Providers)

Transportation providers may post available equipment by entering:

• TRAILER OR CARGO SPACE LENGTH
• TRAILER OR CARGO SPACE WIDTH
• TRAILER OR CARGO SPACE HEIGHT
• Equipment Type
• Availability Date and Time

Structured capacity posting allows shippers to locate equipment that precisely matches their freight dimensions.

4. Structured Two-Way Matching

BetterLoadBoard enables dimension-based matching from both sides:

• Transportation providers search loads by shipment dimensions.
• Shippers and brokers search equipment by cargo space dimensions.
• Both sides filter by scheduled date and time.

This structured two-way system improves efficiency and reduces mismatched freight opportunities.

New users begin with a free trial period. No payment information is required to start. You may cancel at any time without obligation.
